Studio Music Brighlingsea, Essex Kamila Bydlowska, violin Shiry Rashkovsky, viola Riccardo Pes, cello Tickets: http://www.studiomusicbrightlingsea.com/2017-18-schedule/ The Klein TrioPolish violinist Kamila Bydlowska graduated from the Royal College of Music with an Artist Diploma in Performance where she was under the tutelage of Ani Schnarch, supported by a Jacqueline Ward Award. She has given performances at venues including Walt Disney Hall and St James’s Piccadilly, and has performed as soloist with orchestras including Ealing Symphony Orchestra and Guildford Symphony Orchestra. A winner of multiple awards, she is the recipient of the Ministry of Culture of Poland scholarship and the Artistic Excellence Award from Indiana University. Lauded by The Strad for her ‘beguiling…thrilling and exuberant’ Royal Festival Hall debut, Shiry Rashkosky pursues an international solo, chamber, teaching and orchestral career. Shiry is a prize-winner of the Martin Musical Scholarship Fund, Cecil Aronowitz Viola Prize, Philharmonia Orchestra Meyer Award, and the Countess of Munster Musical Trust Recital Scheme. In 2017 she appeared as a Selected Artist for Making Music. She has performed in venues including the Royal Festival Hall, the Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall, and has broadcast live for BBC Radio 3 and BBC 1, 2 and 4, New York’s WQXR, Italy’s RAI and the Israeli Broadcasting Authority. Riccardo Pes graduated from the Royal College of Music, London, on the Artist Diploma course under the tuition of professor Melissa Phelps. He is an RCM Scholar, supported by a Soiree d'Or Award, Pauline Hartley Award and the Kathleen Trust. Riccardo previously studied at the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello di Venezia and attended the High Specialization Music Courses held by Giovanni Sollima at Accademia Nazionale Santa Cecilia in Rome. He graduated the highest mark and the congratulations of the jury. As a soloist, Riccardo has played with I Solisti Veneti conducted by Claudio Scimone, and performed the Tartini Cello Concerto in A Major in Padua and with the Ensemble Serenissima, and the Vivaldi Concerto in B-flat, unpublished, at the Theater Zancanaro in Sacile. He has played music for solo cello from Bach to Morricone at the Aha!
